well, i have read only one of her works, if i remember it right, and it was a looong time ago. It was Renai Nenrei. It was really hot, and it was OK, but i wasn't impressed.
Lately, i noticed many people love her, and some kinda like consider her as the best yaoi mangaka.
So what do you think guys? Is she indeed really amazing? And for you guys who have read many of her works, are her other mangas better than Renai Nenrei? What are her works that you think are the masterpieces?

Well, she's my favorite. But there are some specific reasons. (⌒▽⌒)
You see, when I first started reading yaoi, her out-of-the-box art caught my eye. Then, she really does fluffy, light-hearted manga without relying on the usual schoolboy meets schoolboy plots. She does really nice light fantasy manga and also was the one to go if you liked age gap stories, which is my case.
I wouldn't consider Naono Bohra the BEST mangaka, but for some, she really is a perfect fit. She's not a masterpiece maker, but her works are oddly satisfying.

So, I hope my preferences don't scare you. If you like better looking characters, there are some more appealing manga from her. Listen to everyone's suggestions if you really are trying to get into her manga. If not... just read them when you have time. It's gonna be fun ლ(´ڡ`ლ)
I like Naono Bohra a lot as well. I was greatly affected by Ju-on's weird tastes hahaha~~ I wouldn't consider her the best mangaka ever, but I don't have any particular mangaka like that~
About Naono, I first thought her art was kinda dirty and strange, and still today I don't like those spiky hair (looks like they're gonna stab the pages, or something like it~~), but I like the stories, the plots and specially the characters. My memory is really poor, but I came to like that art (and she has a really nice body proportion, as far as I remember (￣∇￣")) I think she develops nice short stories and I like it (not a fan of really long mangas~~)
But I particularly like the mangas she has about demons <3 So in love with all of them! And Ian is my favourite ヾ(☆▽☆)
Well, but I think everyone has a different view of what is impressive (I love Madarame Hiro and Harada, and to cal it impressive and amazing, I'd go for Nakamura Asumiko and her oneshots~~ but that is just my stupid taste hahaha~~)
Naono Bohra is certainly One of the greatest BL mangakas out ther. I love her work. I think she has amazing talent for writing short stories & oneshots. I also consider her 1 of the Rulers of supernatural themed BL. Her sketchy smut is HOT & I absolutely Love Love LOVE her short seme & Oyaji mangas!

I wish she writes longer BL more & more of her longer series get scanlated instead of just short ones.
So far the answers are on the side of Bohra being amazing.. And I have to agree lol. I love her stories, the characters, I love how she mixes up things like ages, magical and mundane. Love with sexy ojisans and bodies that seem like thick real bodies. I like the amount of work produced and how the newest of her work sms to have learned from her earlier work in terms or art and story. I got hooked after reading the one about the boy who lost his hearing, and seeing sign language used in manga was really cool. Then again with a blind character who tops! Her fantasy stories with demons etc are really interesting, I like he mythology she's created/used. If you thought her work was ok, I'd recommend giving a few more a try and see how you feel then! Not everyone loves the same thing though so it's all good if you don't like it.

Personally i i like her. Only her ukes a either a hit or miss. Not everyone is into oyaji uke. I am into younger seme x older uke so im fine with it. I dont find them adorable but i really like her sexy and big built middle aged men.

Hahaha! I'm always thinking why people look for the smex scenes in her manga. I think I love her romances, but I kind of don't enjoy the sexy times as much (I think they are ABSOLUTELY necessary, tho ლ(´ڡ`ლ)). They are very loving and cute, and compliment the romance nicely.
As an extension of the romance, I think "good!" but solely as sex scenes, I guess the I'd rather my ukes are not as wet and my seme actually have dicks (hers are the size of a finger, and while this may have some veracity instead of huge ass dicks in other manga, I like my fantasy like fantasy sometimes haha).

If you think her scenes are sexy, try starting off with Takao Hiroi and Akira Kamuro's manga (actually a duo, not two solo artists). You can also go to Zaria, but she's the kind of good porn instead of good story with sexy scenes ⁄(⁄ ⁄·⁄ω⁄·⁄ ⁄)⁄

She's one of the golden age authors haha She was part of lots of people yaoi training. I think her style was a little gritty and dirty because even the finished pack was very dark and gray, but now, like you said, it's prettier and lighter. It matches her style more. <3

i think it's a oneshot in a manga,, so there's this "brother" in a yakuza group, his subordinate falls for him, but it looks like this brother has an affair with the yakuza boss. After the yakuza boss died, he cried then revealed that he was only his boss' plaything and he hated it. He didn't like the boss so he's relieved he is now dead. i remember reading a manga where there two guys wandering, idk i guess they were in the run, or just want to get away from life, it was kinda similar to Running on Empty, but i remember the ending has somethig to do with rail tracks, and there was some sign on that rail tracks, i remember one of the two guys visited that place again some time later and he was alone. i think one of the two guys ended up dead.

I can't say I completely understand how the ones who are bullied feel but I do feel pained whenever I see a character bullied. And I also love it when a bullied meek character has enough self-respect to stand up for her/himself when s/he has had enough. A great example of it would be - "Porno Superstar".
BTW, Have you tried the manga "Life"? It's a slice of life psychological shoujo SOLELY based on the bullying theme. It's not yaoi but if you are looking for realistic bullying mangas then you'll love it. Thought I should mention it as you seem to be pretty into this theme. Please, feel free to ignore it if you are strictly looking for yaoi.

I'm 100% sure it's by Kijima Hyougo,, there's a chapter about a salaryman taking driving class, turned out he and the instructor of the driving class were both fans of Kinnikuman (or a parody of it). The instructor won an original character contest when he was a kid. The character was Minotaurman (i think), and his setting was 'a lonely hero who lost his family'. After some fanboy chat each found that the other was lonely, so somehow they ended up having sex to comfort each other.
