You have to go through all the "latest updates" pages. I went through 35 of them until I hit the the ones I had read before the site went down. There were quite many that had new updates (that I wasn't notified of).

It used to be available in Taps, but I only knew about it during a comic deletion sale. It was deleted when the sale was over. The summary was very nice, but at that time I could get the chance to read it. Mangago's data disk crashed. Only stories you have rated and/or tagged were recovered, nothing else did or will come back. All retrieved stories were dumped into your "Already read" list, you have to manually re-add them back where they were pre-crash. You can start rebuilding your lists now.
Wait that means my 'im reading' list shifted to already read list?? I'm asking cuz I only put complete manga in my already read and ongoing ones in "I'm reading"
