Chp 39 (end of vol 7) is the last thing released in English as of now, but apparently there is already a vol 8 out in Japan this past year that we will get at some point. But, given how far the story seems to be from a conclusion, the new live action either made up either own ending or (hopefully) got input from the author to come up with the ending.

no, volume 8 english translation gonna release in March 2026. and it's already released in Japanese.
