He is still a powerful guy who will use his power to hurt someone if he hates him. him not liking Amon liking seeing people dying is the minimum, it's not "emotionally mature". I'm arguing only about that because I have seen people call him nice even after this chapter; he is not "nice." I don't care about how it was in the past, just because at that time it was fine, it's not fine. Also, it's two comments in a sea of people who are liking him and defending him like god forbid two comments that say he was overreacting. It's fine to acknowledge the character has its complexity, and he is not nice, I'm NOT hating on his character and saying he is a bad character. The problem with it is justifying it and still calling him nice when he is not.
