Hmmm don't really like how liette and Noah's story got concluded, yeah she loves him and all, but she is still very much an abuser. He was ready to move on and create some space between them so both of them could heal, but nooooo, that freak blonde just had to be all " But you are familyyyyy, and I loooveee to fetishize youuuu pleaseeee!!!" Feels scummy and gross IDK. There could have been a real story about abuse and how family bounds you create around you are stronger than blood, but no, we have to keep the buff crazy woman because she is hot. Noah and Liette's story could've been a cool parallel to ou main brothr's story, it's a real bummer that it eneded the way it did.

Imma be real, there's A LOT of useless information that just gets in the way of the story. The visuals are stunning, HOWEVER, there are ways to tell a story even with heavy emphasis on style. Also, there are just too many flash backs, we don't need all of that to understand what MC went through.

It's so weird, whenever we get one of these stories about a woman breaking free from the normal royal drama and cementing herself as a badass, claiming to forge a new path for her own happiness, they are always forced into some kind of romantic plot, as if a woman couldn't be happy alone. The ml is just annoying, he is useless most of the time. Yes he is a person of high influence, but he is very much a non character, he is not developed in most ways, Scarlet even tells him to wake up be be fr, but he is stationary, never revealing his true feelings even though she said to his face how that would ruin their relationship.
I believe even stories like this, ones that break the formula, are still long ways from truly breaking free from the patriarchal views imposed by society, it's nice to have it be here, and be a story about a badass woman, but it is unfortunate that it still shies away from granting Scarlet true freedom and agency.
If you truly look upon the story itself you start to question, why can't other woman be o relevancy other than her and the reincarnated girl, why couldn't one of the women from the dragon kingdom be part of the main team, none of them were bound to the land like Rex. Why is it only boys by Scarlet's side? Why are all figures of power men?

It's not blatantly obvious but I feel like he used to be more shrewd and clever than this, he used to push the plot but now it seems like the plot is just dragging him around like a ragdoll, he is literally going from a country to another just to be played around by the seme who apparently just knows every piece of information and plot point they need to solve this whole situation, btw the seme is such an asshole, he says that he is not making the son pay for his father's sins but he still drugs him, rapes him, uses him for his own gain, traps him in a contractual hell and threatens his friend. like be for real man.
