Everyone uses magic hence there’s an overflow of potions

But the fortune teller wasn't able to get at least one potion, meaning even if everyone uses magic, not everyone can make potions, hence it's ridiculous to throw away imperfect inferior potions when you can still sell it for a really low price.

to be fair latomi seem to be isolated (merchants aren't willing to trade with them)
and it might not be the usual potions but a special potion.

and it's not just imperfect inferior potions that are thrown away but also ones that have expired/practice ones.
they might have some kind of standard for a potion to be sellable too

I think the potions were already bad/expired when they were thrown out. She rummages from trash/dumps so probably these were already trash to begin with and not things that were initially in good condition and was just ignored left behind. Also maybe they were long expired that's why people dont care abt them anymore because it's a waste of space to carry them. Remember she used 3 potions i think for a small cut so just imagine how many potions it would take if it's a bigger injury. And also maybe people dont know that expired potions still have little effect. Maybe they are thinking it's no longer effective that's why it's as good as trash.

Expired potions. Think drugs in our world. How often do you throw away expired medicine? I bet in every village/town there is a alchemist who throws away expired stock. Some failed/bas for sale potions also.

Yeah, Ivy needed like 6 or whole bottles of blue potions to heal a scratch on her face. They are practically useless.

Personally, i think it's more like something like this:

Umm I dont know how to explain that but the 2/3 comments above yours have described last chapter in detail, so that might help you understand it better.

Loid knew remembered all that because yeri told him the details of her accident that time. So, Loid smashed her head, took the chip, and ran away. It could be that rather than erasing their memories of each other, that male doctor actually made another copy of their memories without their interactions and that's what he gave to hanjoo and the new loid he has as secretary. While their original chips are continuously interacting together in a virtual world or something. Then the new Loid without his memories of Yeri read their interactions (ya know him being robot and the originals being data) and got interested or something.

Yep and because the Robotist still don't fully get the experimental chip of yeri and loid, I think they are implying that the new Loid will start to "think" the same way as the old one, maybe even repeating the hole scenario with the new Yeri, that was created for Hanjoo. Just need to get a new keloid scar :D

She's dawdling too much, she could've just sprayed it on herself before coming to the party so people would smell it then show the perfume. The best way to advertise is to use it on herself ╮(￣▽￣)╭ or the author just doesn't know how to make a better scene that doesn't sounds dumb. The art is topnotch but the way the story is told just doesn't have that much charisma
