I'm learning Japanese. I have a Japanese-American friend who is helping me learn Japanese. They have never once looked down on me or invalidated what I've tried to say or convey through my broken, elementary Japanese. You're a small-minded, narrow-hearted person if you refuse to see how not everyone may have the same opportunity or ability to be able to learn English the way you do. You could have easily kept scrolling past, and kept your comment to yourself. Instead, you thought it'd be fun to belittle another person for not being able to fluently share their opinion about TG. I seriously hope you reflect on how harmful it is to say things like "I couldn't understand them, so what they said is invalid".

yup that the part of manga. it's just... emm how i should say, i wanna something happy happened. so far i see the happiness so litlle, most time the MC suffering. i read this manga till now because i wanna see MC finally got his happiness, or atleast make a plane that outdown enemy. well if some people disagre i can't say anything afterall it's my opinion and hope for this manga.

You're right, maybe I should take the time to proofread my comments, but I digress. As long as my point comes across, I think that's what really matters. I'm not writing an essay for a class. I agree that I do need to chill out, I do tend to get swept up by my emotions very easily. However this is not something I can overlook, because I've had friends and family belittled because of their English was imperfect. I call it small minded, because the way kyra was speaking, it wasn't just that she couldn't understand the OP, but she said "their point is invalid". In other words, I understand kyra's words to mean that what the OP posted had no meaning and that it was pointless to post their opinion of TG in the first place. The comment section is an open place for everyone to share their opinions and reactions to TG. I think that it's okay to disagree. It's great if people can talk freely about a manga they care about (or not). I don't think it's okay to silence someone simply because they couldn't comprehend what another posted. That is all. Apologies for being longwinded.
I don't know if this will help you understand why the main characters are suffering. It's because the main characters, Kaneki and GOAT, plus other groups opposing Furuta, Urie and his guys, lack true conviction or will to actually defeat Furuta and change the situation of the ghouls and change how the world works. They are struggling because Furuta pushes them to their limits until they finally attack back, strong enough to actually make a change. Hope that helped.
