I feel like it depends. I live with family so it's hard to always do it. But I do it when I'm not tired and have time to spare. It's probably once or twice a week. But it's not continuous. Sometimes, I go a week or 2 without doing it. Sometimes I do it many times in one week. It's kind of hard to say lol. 1 reply
It's normal for both genders to do it. :) This is a side note, but I'm glad I found this topic. I read through the replies and I'm glad that I was not the only one who started kind of young and felt guilty at first.
