Theories!! Not spoiler bc I don’t know anything lol
Or maybe this is just what I want to see happen lol
I don’t think Arthur will fall for Jay bc of the Owen heart thing. There might be some small similarities like sweets preference but their personalities seem different and Arthur seems to be growing sympathetic (hopefully fond!) of Jay. I can see his protective instinct kicking in. Jay’s just a cute patootie who’s had an unlucky life.
On the other hand, I think Jay will struggle to come to terms with his feelings and distinguish what’s his feelings and what’s Owen’s memories. I don’t think Arthur will mind as much, but Jay will probably be conflicted.
Also, I have a bad feeling that Dexter will become obsessed and take Jay if he finds out Jay has Owen’s heart. He seems much more likely to be the creepy, my lover lives on in you type. Unless! He was actually the one who orchestrated the heart transplant as part of some evil scheme? It just seems weird that Owen died in an Overfall hospital and his heart was donated. Though it seems a wild stretch to think their master plan for recovering the dice was transplant memory.
Whew, ended up writing an essay but I’m enjoying the story so much! I typically hate reincarnation stories because they’re usually not done in a satisfying way, but this isn’t quite reincarnation and I’m hopeful! This has potential to be done really well and I hope they give room to build the relationship and story.
Why does this lowkey remind me of Inuyasha lol anyways I’m here for the slowbuurn angst!!
Oh ya it does a little because at first inuyasha was seeing kikyo in kagome and that lead to many arguments between kagome and inuyasha but in the end inuyasha understood that kagome and kikyo are two different people and he finally let go of his feelings of kikyo and fell in love with kagome maybe we will see the same thing here too
I think this one was uploaded before under a different name: https://www.mangago.me/read-manga/wagon/
LMAO they're both hilarious, I'm loving this dynamic. I also love that they're already addressing these reincarnation questions bc this is what I always struggle with in these types of stories and I feel like they don't discuss it enough. Too often the reincarnation just feels like a replacement, and I love that these issues are being brought up so soon. Hopefully they'll have a satisfying development, I can't wait to see how the story unfolds.

I need them to adapt this book series into a show and cast Conner and Hudson as Dex and Sloane
