Did you check for notifs earlier than usual? There's typically a specific time when Mangago sends update notifs
Usually it will update around 7pm here is Philippines but I haven't received any for today and it's quite weird.
It's actually pretty late when I checked it. It's already 11pm here on my end and the update usually around 7pm and the last update I received was yesterday ╥﹏╥
My memory of this story is kinda blurry and so short since I read this way too long ago so it might not be so accurate but any answers would highly appreciated.
The story is about a guy (ML) that has a heart problem. He got in and out from the hospital since he still a kid.
(This is the part that I'm not too sure) - the FL's parent also in the same hospital in when she is still young and that parent somehow know the ML as well.
Anyway, I remembered the part when the ML and the FL had somehow become a couple. Also it revealed that the ML's first kiss was his childhood female friend who also have a heart problem who also confined at the same hospital. Then one day that female friend appeared and confessed that she is in love with the ML........... Long story short, that friend died from a heart attack and the ML somehow felt guilty and thought that it is his fault.
Lot of things happened after that but the ending part is what I found very hard to accept because, after his surgery, the author seemed to put the ending's choice to the readers. If the ML successfully lived after or if the last scenario was all a wishful thinking if somehow the ML survived.
**Some part might be different from the story itself since it's all based on my own memory but if anyone can tell me any ideas that support this summary, please drop the title. It might be the one I'm looking for, and if it's not then I'm more than happy to read a story similar to this. The story is actually from too long ago, it might be around the time the same as "Kyou, Koi Wo Hajimemasu" since the art is somehow slightly the same. Thank you so much in advance.
