Yeahhh, I agree to that...the seme love the uke so much but the mother was like 'its because he is an omega, you will also feel like it even if it's not him' something like that. Get a glandectomy, remove those pheromone detectors, that should be no problem for these story, we even have splenectomy, appendectomy, thyroidectomy, gland should pose no problem, it's not like they function as kidney nor liver.
