This is a masterpiece in my opinion. The artstyle is beautiful, the characters (and the sex scenes) are so alluring and intense and the story is interesting and believable. You might be tempted do dislike the story because of the characters, but I think this only reflects the author skill to write good characters. Every character is consistent and the story goes just the way it realistically would due to their actions. The ending is bittersweet and I feel like this is a peek inside a very different time and lifestyle, which I am so amazed to have seen. This is easily one of my favorite reads.
