What a masterpiece!
I did not have high expections because I wasn't initially into the artstyle but this would turn out to be one of my absolute favorite BL's. The story is interesting and well written, the plot is kinda complicated not never too complicated so that I got confused. The characters are well written and the character development was great. The story was well balanced between misery and fluffyness and the ending was so satisfying. I love this story very, very much.
This is ME, I had it on hold for so many months only cause I didn’t like the art. Even tho I never judge a manga or manhwa by the artstyle since I read it anyway cause it’s the plot that is the most important. Why didn’t I read it sooner when one recommended it to me. But I’m happy I read it now, I loved it so much I bought the hole story on Tappytoon and I’m planing to reread the hole story!
When I read I almost cried, got butterflies in my stomach and some pain, it’s not often a story effect my physically while reading but this one did.
The world they lived in was so harsh, and cruel and difficult. I couldn’t blame Raymond for his actions almost since the society they lived in was so bad it’s no wonder why people become the way they was…
Just an amazing story, I hope more people will discover this too
The artstyle is nice but todoroki in this story reminds me of my creepy ex boyfriend who ended up controlling most of my life and always leaving me scared that I did something wrong.
Thank you! He was very intense, much more than in this story heh. It was hard and broke me down completely back then, I lost most of my friends and all of my self-esteem and identity.. But now, 10 years later, I am engaged to a man who supports me in everything and I have wonderful friends and a far better life even though there are still some scars left. But I think I recovered quite good. Thanks <3
I liked the first three chapters, not so much the rest. The love scenes were a bit messy, too much speech bubbles, sfxs and sweat and body fluids for my eyes. And too much jealousy. Maybe thats because I am easily jealous and hate the feeling so I hate when my beloved characters are put in positions where they feel jealous as well. Also wtf was up with ch 4
I know this have very mixed reviews so I was hesitant to read it. I found this story and its art to be simply amazing. The depth of the story and characters is just great. The writing is so good. The sexy scenes are out of this world as well. I don't know if it is because I relate so much to the emotions in this that I like it, but I just think it is amazing that the artists can capture the emotions like this with writing and the art. I understand people will always be split in opinions in dramas like these where a person can end up with one guy, the other guy or even alone. I understand opinions will always differ on this. I think I would have been happy with every possible outcome and I was really happy with the way it ended. I love works like these. Also i just think its cool that they can make stories so different and make it good everytime. I really loved "Fools" as well. Yeah I love this author & artist. Can't wait to see more grim them!
First of all: "each bang deformed my butt".
This sentence will stay with me forever haha.
With that out of the way:
This story was weak and I don't get how it got a rating like that. It's boring, senseless and rides on stupid misunderstandings. The café is supposed to be important but all they ever talk about is bread sauce. Bread sauce all the fucking time. Then there is the main couple. Weak story, stupid ass reasons for their problems and continiously misunderstandings and jumping to completely unreasonable conclusions. Then there is this weird stuff like selling your sex toy at work?! No normal person would do that? Its so fucking weird. Then there is this completely unnessecary incident in the end with the shit costumer, meh. Then there is the sidecouple... Yeah i dont really have anything to say about that.. All in all, the thing there was most of in this story was bread sauce.
Damn this story is cool af. I love different stories like these. The plot was so unique and the dynamic between the two was so well-written and interesting. This is going right to my favorite list!
