okay but was there anything suggesting that the older guy wanted to do anything with the younger guy when the younger guy was still a child? the only thing shown in that scene is that the older guy spared him lol, and nothing suggests that the older guy thought about the younger guy as anything other than a child. he might’ve recognized the younger guy in the first chapter but the younger guy was already an adult there so? besides, the younger guy wasn’t 7 when the older guy killed his parents but 13, which doesn’t change much as he was still a child, but it shows that you didn’t pay enough attention to get his age correct.
