I mean the prince asked for a duel yes but that isn't something bad. Many people in the old days did that right? Second, he has a fair point about the Duchess business not being in the right name. It's not his fault for not knowing his dad allowed an illegal action to happen. Really the king should feel guilty for embarrassing his son like that. Just my opinion though.
Yeah but he didn't do that for the righteous reasons. He went through all that out of jealousy and dumb revenge on the duchess that he wanted because he couldn't make her his anymore, just like a child.
Lol emperor did the right thing tho instead of deposing as a prince exiling him gives him the chance to come back and still have a legitimate claim to the throne. The prince did a mindless remark of betting his position if he is wrong and mind u thats in from of the council of nobles. The emperor saved his ass if anything else.
