His and Maria's relationship is really beautiful and I love when they show glimpses of the baggage that MC carries. His mind is so close to breaking. Also I had theories of the Clown but holy did not expect all that. I did figure that he is probably MC or mirror of MC but, oh my.
There so not many Manhwa that get such a physical reaction out of me, even with the pacing issues and some other problems I have with side characters, I'm so emotionally invested in our MC. Oh my god.

Ok does someone actually ever scood the prince. Like I know they are royals but him running around, doing whatever, no listening anyone is getting on my nerves. I know kids are entitled and little shits but like can someone actually tell him that the world does not revolve around him. I swear to good if he is the same bulldozer as an adult using the tactic of "if I just annoy her she will love me." I will drop this in heartbeat which sucks bc I love the FL a lot, her story is interesting.
The answer of your ranting is in your rant itself. There's children, children, happy and excited children are full of energy, they won't stay still before their object of affection. A happy kid is better than an isolated and sad kid, which is shown between Arylen and Persion the whole manhua until now. And to be honest, kids aren't the only one who run around or behave like he does, I saw grow up male lead acting like that each time they heard the ml was around or in danger, hell even Persion father, Edward, would act like that if Azani was before him or he wanted to see her. And yes he's a crown prince thus, for his kingdom he's the world that others bow to and revolves around him.
Even if we see the attendants crying because of the misbehaving, I don't think other ml, I'm some manhua, are better in manner towards their employee...
For anyone wondering what has been going on, chapters 1-5 is the manga »Gifted« by Rima Amamiya. Everything else after chapter 5 is some other Manhwa. I remember seeing pornhwa but I think some other was mixed in as well. The og manga should have 8 Volumes with 31 chapters as of Dec. 2025.
I truly hope we can get the chapters deleted or if someone takes on the mantle to translate, reuploading the story in here
Idk I kinda hated chapter 73. I think there is too much romance and I truly hoped it would be revenge first, romance second. I actually enjoyed the academy arc and wish that tone would have stayed. All the flowers and blushing just make me roll my eyes which is meh since I do like the MC. Oh well. I might need to take a break and see if I wanna continue this further. I just for once want a story with FL where the romance is either subtly wowen into the story or secondary plot with less relevancy
Sorry to disappoint, but not in this one. All the way up to the latest chapters romance has seemingly been the primary focus for the time being. That said, I'm enjoying it as is so imo while its not revenge heavy right now, I still find it enjoyable to read. We've gotten to see in these latest chapters just how incredibly capable the Fl is in her own right, which is cool to see. I'm comic only so idk how things will progress from here.
I might continue at a later state. It was my own hope that this might be quite romance second story as i knew it was 50/50 going into it. I think since I binged it on one sitting the more clear romance just felt slightly jarring. Might take a bit of a break and then come back to this and see how I feel. It has worked before for sure.

You can't just drop that. Omg. I have been waiting for this. Thank God it's not a season end. If it was I would have cried bc I do know some authors are evil spawns like that. I love this Manhwa so much even if the translation is bit iffy but I have read worse. Like way worse. Having some types and wrong pronouns isn't even that of a bad translation.
... It does feel like it's throwing plot points as french lines and sometimes under that gives little more explanation. It feels rushed and slow based. I kinda understand the vibe with immortals not caring about time since they are well.. immortals. But I don't think it's executed that well. I do like the characters tho it throws sometimes so many, without proper introduction and then hurries to the next plot point, eventually character being forgotten. Until it isn't. It's tad bit confusing.
I mean overall it's not bad. All the elements I like are there but it feels disconnected.

I was so until the last chapter finally opened the water gates. I have been on the mood for angst, any other mood I probably would have found this little boring. But it was such a beautiful story. Honestly, it was written and drawn so well. I almost just want to call it tender. If I had to use one word to describe this story that would be it, "tender". The way it showed these broken people and their stories, huh. Thank god my mascara is water proof.
