Hi guys, who do I contact in regards to losing my accounts previous state. I hadn't logged in in months. But I had about 200 mangas in my want to read and reading list. Bit logging back in after awhile, I see that my PFP has reverted to its past state. And that I don't have those lists anymore as it's back to 0. Has this happened to anyone else? Who do I contact to fix this...
Yea this happened to everyone early this year. I don’t think we ever got any of the lists back. Sorry I couldn’t help.
A problem occurred in January, and all the stories across all accounts were deleted, only those that had been rated or had a comment were restored. On top of that, the stories that were in "Reading" were moved to "Already Read." I suggest checking the "already read" list to see if any stories you were reading ended up there, and moving them to a different list. And you can forget about anything you didn't save, it’s gone for good, and contacting support won't change a thing. You could try checking your internet history to find the stories, though.
What about notification updates tho? I am not getting anything of it
I can't say much about notifications, but here's some ideas. By looking at your profil I only see 1 "already read" and all the rest are "want to read". You cannot subsribe to a story if it's in "want to read" so you'll never receive notif, you need to put them in the two other lists. It would normally check automatically the box "subscribe this manga". If your story is unchecked, then you won't receive notif. I can't see if you have stories in private (like mine) but if you do and you are subcribed to them and you still don't receive notifs then I don't know. You can try emailing the support at [email protected] and I suggere you heavily to put your problem in the mail title so that the team can see it without clicking on it (it worked for me at least) hope it helped ^^
Thank you so much for caring to reply I appreciate it, all these mangas in "I want to read" were already read or currently reading before. Apparently something happened that got it all mixed up, I guess my only option is to go through all of them and fix the tag right?
You're welcome, I'm glad to be of help! It's a bit weird that they got put there but if you reconise them from the other lists then it's good. And yeah, you have to put them manually in the other lists (if you finished reading them, or still reading). The tag is the first one when you add a story to a list so you can't miss it! Personnaly, when I put my stories back I also rated all of them so if the problem of january came back I would be safe.
What do you mean you rated them?
The stars! I voted for the rating. In january only the stories who were rated came back (only five for me T-T) so I rated all of them as a precaution ^^
