Can someone explain why in chapter 91 and onward, Ariadne ends up being the one at a disadvantage? Wouldn’t a single letter signed by the princess be enough evidence that the other kingdom tried to harm a citizen of our kingdom? The English in that chapter feels unfamiliar and kinda hard for me to follow
It's been a while so the details are lost to me, but I understood it to be because their country is stronger than theirs. The reason the king wants a marriage alliance is because they're not in a position to fight them (i think they had stronger war weapons). So if it's revealed that the princess of another nation wanted to kill Ari because she is Alfonso's lover then the blame will fall on ari for seducing a prince who is engaged. The princess will want Alfonso to submit and the king (Alfonso's father) will also want Alf to go through with the marrige regardless and might even harm ari. But also If word gets out that ari is secretly meetings will Alfonso then they'll call her a whore and her father will be upset and send her away (assuming the king doesn't do something first).

The writing style is a bit difficult for me to follow because I'm not fluent in English. There are also a lot of words I don't know, so I have to use a translator quite often. The manhwa itself is really good, tho. I learn a lot of new words ╮( ̄▽ ̄)╭
The unofficial version seems a bit easier to follow! Though the official version has caught up so i wonder if the scanlation groups will drop it:(
It is exactly why i want to read stuff like that more! I use dictionary and improve my english with that!
