Honestly, I think that Omegaverse is a way that people can put men into women's roles. Omegas are "frail" and "sexy" and "defenseless" the way that women were, and still can be, framed to undermine them. It can be used as a great medium to explore societies bias. Is an Omega's worth only their womb? Their beauty?
