Babies sleep most of the time by at least before they start to stand up and walk (0month to 9months).. Babies with high energy doesn't stay up for long either, it is more like sudden burst of energy for a couple of hours then they'll sleep again..

I trying to remember this manga about this girl were she returned to her hometown and everyone blamed for her friend's death in a car accident. There were two other people in the car the friend died but other one survived. While the protagonist was asleep the other girl told everyone that she was the one that was driving, but it was actually her. The friend that died had a brother I think it's a harlequin manga but can't find it.
