I am confused what does her marriage have to do with the sons case?
Cause, of her marriage she is the heir to the family. The empire cant make a move on a family head without causing a imbalance to the sides. Also the head can request a battle of honor where the head can request a family knight to fight a imperial knight. So since Jeremy is not the head of the family he is free game.
She is trying to get the marriage cancelled so that Jeremy will be the head.. But one of the factors for the cort to annihilated the marriage, is why they got married in the first place. If it is for greed or love then it is her own accord that she is in the marriage, however if it was cause of a deal or transaction made by her parents and her future husband, than she will have a better chance at it being annihilated.... in my belief.
Say if the court accept her marriage cancellation, the title of marquis will pass down to Jeremy, so as Jeremy become the head of house, he can request 'Battle of Honor' to the crown prince, that way he can fight by himself, either he win or lose it will be latter problem, but for now he can be free (out of jail).
Are there any spoilers about how and why she was able to see into the future?
apparently it was a magical tool(can't remember what exactly was it: a necklace?) that enabled her to see her future(?) in the novel, they attributed it to the magical tool but it was never strongly confirmed. And Hugo mentioned that magical tools used to be normal but slowly disappeared over the years which is why you don't see any rn but apparently some noble families have kept magical tools including Hugos.
She was NOT reincarnated. Spoiler~

She can see the future in her dream and this is caused by her family heirloom (which is a magical tool). And let me tell you, thank God she can see the future. If she couldn't and didn't do anything to change the future, we won't be able to see happy Lucia, happy Hugo, happy Damian, happy little girl, and a peaceful kingdom. In short, the future of the world she's living in would have been a terribly dark and cold one. If you read the novel, I'm sure you'd cry
I’m curious what type of fish was that? Or was that something the author made up?
i think it's supposed to be a betta fish, since they are mainly aggressive so they have to be alone but they are very beautiful
