I forgot the name but it’s a yoai where a Adventurer gets separated from a group and stumbles upon a tribe that are naked 24/7 and falls in love with one of the men. The adventurers group eventually finds him and take him back to Japan and the tribe man follows him back and they go back to the island and live there. (〜￣△￣)〜
