I cant help but be fascinated with how differently he thinks and his own bizarre set of morals. He isn’t able to empathize the way others naturally do, he is stuck trying to use his own warped logic as a compass.

He doesn’t have the empathetic or emotional capacity to understand how traumatizing that would be, or that he could have tried to help in another way.
