the art has had its wonky moments in the beginning but when charas were meant to be attractive, they made sure to take it very seriously. when they were meant to be all funny, they were chibi and round. feels like theyve merged the two, so its neither serious attractiveness or funny chibi. its in a weird grey area right now. maybe the artists is getting rushed, and the artstyle is suffering for it, but going back and reading the initial chapters vs where the art is currently, you can See the degradation.

sometimes i feel like the 2nd LI exists to rush MCs along, cuz they serve no real function otherwise. mcs dare to move at a slow/regular pace but uh oh, here comes some second rate, no chance having, just pretty enough person of interest to really “rock the boat”, whole time the only thing theyre rocking is my patience.
