Ridi changed how they do their 1:1 inquiry and you don't need to send in an ID photo anymore, there's also different payment options now for overseas users.

I tried again last month, I still need to use my ID number.
I mean if I'm adult enough to have a bank and Pa pal about then I don't need to share my ID.

All you need to do is sign up, after that when you go the a story rated 19+ you just ender you birthday. They changed it to be verified like that which is how a lot of other sites do it too (t@pas does it like that too, L3zhin, etc).
