No......this isn’t a new couple. They’re the same couple from the beginning, since chapter 1. The extras is taking place BEFORE chapter 1.
You know how at the beginning of the story we saw that the director is already interested in the MC but we don’t know why? Well the extras is the background of how the two characters met and how the director fell in love with him. And in case you’re even more confused. The one in the maid costume is just the director’s imagination, it’s not the real person. He’s probably dreaming since he saw that maid poster on his car earlier.
