I've been living alone for about 3 years now, just turned 21 last month. and the first year was probably the worst lifestyle. I ate maybe once every 3 days, I didnt sleep at all (a few hours between my shifts and lecture), and I when I had free time I rotted in bed and indulged in reading/watching. If I were to pinpoint when this sort of lifestyle......   reply
