i agree that a lot of authors use threats like suing and lawsuits and courts as scare tactics (pian pian amov and now mad place) but does anyone know if they’re actually able to do so ? i feel like bc copyright is such a weird law thing in the us it’s actually hard for authors to call on internet randoms to court lol
It's SO expensive to bring someone to court to sue, especially when it's international. If she's rich it's possible, but it takes thousands of dollars to sue people like this. Your right, it's only scare tactics

Idk why people think not rinsing automatically means swallowing the toothpaste you're supposed to spit everything out but rinsing your mouth ADDITIONALLY to that would remove the rest of the toothpaste that you applied on your teeth that is meant to be there as a shield.
