So I am talking to this guy since new year, it was mostly irregular texting, meme and reels sharing . He is an office worker and I am a postgraduate student both age 24. But we have been talking quite regularly since last 15 days and he told me that his life is very stressful but he feels quiet relaxed whenever we talk . He said talking to me is somewhat relaxing part of his hectic life. I feel somewhat pressured, am I a bad person?

No of course ur not a bad person!! And its completely normal to feel pressured by that. Do what makes u the most comfortable, taking steps in your own phase.
it's okayyy you don't need to feel pressured and you're definitely not a bad person. i think he means it as a compliment/flirting that he's comfortable and enjoys his time with you so much that it takes his mind off other things. so that's a good thing and it's okay if you do feel that way. but you can just keep acting the way you are without feeling pressured since he seems to like talking to you for you and not anything else.

I think it’s the hierarchy? Like if you’re number one you’re the “boss” . So basically the higher you are in the hierarchy the more “respected” you are ?
May be the heirarchy must be decided on something, like how influential they are
