so is that normal for chinese families to not name and officially register their kid until they're a little older? in the us, my mom complained about the hospital trying to make her sign off on all the paperwork so soon after giving birth, she couldn't even focus well enough to read it.
also great grandpa, please don't let us down. i hope he can identify the baby well enough to make sure it's returned to yiyun and fengfeng. it hurts too much to see a family separated. T.T please resolve this quickly. i don't want yiyun to miss too much of his second child's life.
