Nope. The could only bring back those that had tags (that information was stored separately and wasn't lost). Anything that has not comeback by now will not come back.
All that you had in your 'reading' and 'want to read' lists should have been transferred into your 'already read' list (at least some of the titles), you have to manually restore your reading lists if you want them back
