HIGHLY UNLIKELY, they would have to do it in the same time and place, and *finish* in the same time as the past as well. Making her first born be born again is really unrealistic and not logical at all.
However if she does birth a baby boy that boy would not be her first child but her second one. Same goes to if she births a baby girl as well.
Same time, but not necessarily same place.
I guess it also depends how many times the prince jerked it before they did it in the past too

This time I read til chp 20 but midway I remembered I read all of it in the past but also dropped it still. I tried to keep reading but ML keeps annoying me. He clearly doesn't respect MC. ML "loves" her but he CLEARLY doesn't respect any of her boundaries or words or her.
Like in chp 18, I don't know why stories romanticized shut up kisses. LIKE HE LITERALLY FORCES A KISS ON HER AND SAID "You talk too much" LIKE EW.
She was trying to have a serious discussion with you but ML was just so dismissive of her.
