Personally, I think the story is doing just as much heavy-lifting as the art is, but that's just me. Them having a twisted intimacy is really nice. I also REALLY like the fact that he (yeonwu) is an active participant in his relationship with rosa and not just helpless to her harassment it makes it feel much more mutual and even somewhat equal. Obviously their situations are not equal (to his pleasure?) and she wields waaaay more power over his borderline-subordinate position in their household, but his subtle manipulations and display of autonomy make it feel like an angst slow-burn about two troubled people struggling to pursuit an honest expression of love, rather than pure smut slop. For anyone that is worried about the direction the story is going, I have high hopes and I'm sure it won't pan out badly. I love the art but I genuinely like the story and the characters a lot.

Honestly, many things could be said about this story. I won’t comment on the moral ambiguity of the characters or their motivations, but I just want to say that I love Rosa. Like I REALLY like Rosa. She is unapologetically flawed and sociopathtic but also has moments of good. The complexity of her character is rare for women in media and it makes me really like her as a person. Yes I want more FL that are kind of bad people but have good sense and which most importantly lends to their DIMENSION. An adopted heiress with weird mommy issues could ABSOLUTELY act like this

I’m not hating, so I want to preface that. To each their own. But I am a little confused, there’s like an insistence on likening the twink to a real woman, and multiple mentions of his breasts to the extent that it seems a little unrealistic. At that point, wouldn’t it just be easier to make a character purposefully biologically ambiguous instead of it just being like a sexualized male body? Also, I hope that the misogyny and homophobia in the story are exclusively contextual to the characters being highschool boys and not a justification for it from the author’s part.
