Why are so many people angry over people complaining or wanting dropping the story? I keep seeing people say that others should have know where the story was going and can't complain now. I can say myself that I didn't expect the ML to continuously rape the MC. I thought maybe he would get better mentally and would understand not to do rape the MC, if he liked him and wanted him to like him back. But no, he still rapes him 64 chapters in and the ML hasn't had any character development other than him not being as much as a man whore. They also complain about other not paying for it and so for that they can't complain about the story and should just leave. Just wow, that logic is insane. Even if they did pay for it, their money would be just wasted over a story they were invested in to just go in this direction. People can complain if the story is bad no matter how much work the author put into it. That doesn't matter. What matters is the story itself. I just get speechless when I see comments like that and people agreeing with it.
I'm reading the comments and i keep seeing people getting mad at those that are tired of seeing the rape scenes and want those who complain to just drop the story. Its honestly irritating to see because just because you are tired of a characters actions in a story doesnt mean you have to drop the story. You can like a story but not the characters actions in that story. Even if its fiction, it just gets draining to see the MC raped all the time and the ML being hostile. I also see people saying that those who are mad are secretly simps for the ML and would be the firsts one to grovel under his feet..... Just what? That logic is honestly crazy and the only ones that are the "simps", are those posting these comments. Its baffling to me how some people think and I'm starting to think that those who are writing stuff like this are just really young. Which is kinda bad if they grow up to think stuff like this is normal and acceptable not only in fiction but in real life as well. Plus this is basically porn, so like.... Don't read this if your a preteen.
I see a lot of people hating on this because deku is a child and also see people hating on other people for not caring that deku is a child and accusing them of supporting pedos and child porn just because they liked one story on shota. I honestly don’t understand. Just because someone liked a doujinshi that had shota in it doesn’t mean they supports pedophilia or think it’s ok. Not caring about about a child having sex in a fictional story doesn’t automatically make that person a bad person in real life. I see that argument everywhere, and it’s just so dumb. I saw a comment that only said that they liked the art and just got spammed with hate for being a child porn supporter. Like, why? I find people who think this so simple minded. For example, does me reading and liking a manga with rape in it make me a rapist or a rape supporter? No, and to say that I am is really stupid. Reality and fantasy are too different things and me liking or not fighting on something that happens in fantasy doesn’t mean that I support it in real life. Can you guys please stop hating on this? Wow, even after all I said, I still have a comment like this. I didn’t even say I enjoyed the rape in the manga, I said if I liked the *manga* that had rape in it. Even if a manga has rape in it, sometimes you can look past the rape part and look forward to the plot of the manga, if the plot isn’t mostly centered on rape. I pray that next time, you read more throughly instead of making false accusations.
It's all very strange that is the world of yaoi... I find it really interesting though because yaoi is in most cases a guilty pleasure. the reaction to rape in yaoi depends on what setting the manga is, and how much care there is for the characters. For yaoi, I think most can agree that they like the steamy parts if not the most then a considerable amount, if not then you read shounen-ai, because of this there isn't a lot of time to build the characters in yaoi, they don't seem like real people, therefore, rape doesn't seem as bad. When you have a doujinshi that uses this plot device on well-loved and protected characters, of course, you don't want to see them being raped.
For example; reader x character, you see so much of that reader x BNHA it's not funny, now think of some random porn with made-up characters, no x reader there because they don't remind you of real people. I agree that enjoying seeing rape in manga is bad, but at the same time, I don't want to see all the characters as sex-crazed idiots that'll happily take off their pants, that's why it's so popular in porn.
The human mind is weird, desiring a good plot, realistic characters, interesting scenarios and (when feeling up to it) lots of steamy scenes which if pretty impossible unless you want to read something with +10 chapters. I don't support rape, but I'm also hesitant to say whether or not it deserves so much hate, as I won't deny that it gets the steamroller rolling very fast.

I love this so much but omg it takes so long for anything to happen. Plus I swear that the chapters got shorter and I can read one in under 3 mins. Also I’m so tired of Seth getting raped, it’s so exhausting, bro can not catch a break The only time I didn’t feel bad for him was when he got raped by possessed Horus and it’s only because Seth went into Horus room at night while he was sleep and tried to rape him first and after Horus felt bad even tho he couldn’t control his body. Also I hate that random guy that’s following Seth around bro really just watch things happen to Seth and only step in after he’s already been molested.
