Im pretty sure the Joelli is Lady Violets(ML Ex fiancee) cousin and his current fiancee? Its like a business transaction, fiancee in name, so she can escape her family, i think, something like that. The father of the child is some random noble man, the kid isnt even Joellis she is just letting the kid stay with her, the kid is Violets. Violet married another man after Vincent broke up with her and had a child. The kid is staying with the Joelli bc his mom is busy since her husband recently died i believe.

They were an arranged marriage since childhood so it was something their perspective families set up. Vincent broke it off because Violet had feelings for him and he couldnt reciprocate the feeling back and he didnt want her to be stuck in a marriage like that especially since she believed in marriage where you fall in love (i believe this was also during the time where he was developing feeling for paula).
The reasons people’s dislikes him so much is simply because he took his wife as a shield to take all the hates, ending up as glady’s shadow without never even wanting and saying why she got labelled as a mistress.

There are differences between the Korean and English version! The part where it says « I can hardly stand with you holding on so tight » this part was fine and correctly translated.
But the part where there Is a problem is just the panel after that where in the English version we just see « ... » (2 times with 2 following bubbles)
BUT in the Korean version the second bubble say « we'll go when the trembling stops »!! The English version completely deleted that line and replaced with « ... »
Also, when Seungho said « Kyum » in the Korean version he said « Kyum-ah » which is a way of showing love/closeness
