The story was great! There are some parts that felt rushed or glossed. Overall it was a great read.

I really think that people didn't grasp why Clodan also received a happy ending or why his servants stayed. The only true innocent ones cursed were Della, Phillip, and the gardener(poor fella he was cute) . Phillip and Della were just there and decided to stay with Clodan out of loyalty. Mary broke her contract and was then cursed, same with Hayes and the rest of the Lisbon family.
You don't make a bargain with a devil and just bail.
Was their punishment shitty? Yes. But that's what punishment is supposed to be like.
As for Clodan being happy in the end, he was also punished and cursed. He had to transform himself and give up what he wanted to truly find what he needed. It's like he broke his contract(trust) with humanity and that's why he was bound to the estate. Like yeah, he was shitty, but he was also fair.
I think the entire estates lesson was something akin to "you can't have your cake and eat it too."
Does anyone have any spoilers from the novel? This is boring me but I want to know what happens and why the dark mages won't just leave that family alone.
Haven't read the novel fully but from what the manhwa explained briefly...
They're an organization full or at least headed my arrogant people who believe that there should be no mage stronger than them outside of their organization. And thus, they aim to eliminate or recruit/force into joining their group.
The empire's Royal family not only has great physical ability, but a great aptitude for magic(although there are exceptions like Trayle who is talented with the sword but cannot use magic). This is why they are a thorn in the magic towers eyes.
And add to that, that the Grand Mage they were supposed to have as the Master of the Tower, defected to the empire and even married the very strong Emperor and had kids that are just as strong.
And also the Magic Tower are just a group of crazy doctors in a fantastical sense without any sense of remorse and guilt.

Is it just me or does the story jump around a lot and not make sense? In the early chapters, especially from ch 21-22, yun just left his friends home and the next chapter is yun arguing with the LI about them being mythical beasts. A few other chapters are like that.

Does this have a novel? The comic is going a bit too slow and updates are very sporadic.
I find it funny that zinmanga begs people to read on their site to support their “translators,” but their translators are google translate at best. Also webnovel has this at a better quality and the translations actually make sense.
Is there a novel for this? The art is kinda... eh. I would rather read it in novel format.
