I honestly would have give up this manga because I am dumb with political plots, but the summary help me connect the dots.
I can't believe after marinating this webtoon, I get to have the ML having a child with the help of Hyunjae (ch135). Chapter 167 was kinda romantic, giving his anti-dementia gift was supposed to be funny, but the way it shown was so sweet.

Now they are talking about birthing somene, when they are both male lol. Chp 135. This is like this CBromances that is talking about soulmates, now this webtoon is talking about living in your heart so we can have a baby later. It is a surprised development for me since I am not exoecting it fron reincarnation tropes but it's not a problem for me.
Two mothers were mentioned by Anya in this chapter, Yor and her Mama at the center (she called her the clairvoyant or something along the lines and tried to follow the cult). I am guessing this is a subtle foreshadowing in the future chapters.
So yeah, maybe there is a bigger reason why the MIL on ML side is against their relationship. Read the funeral chapter around 25-27. Hopefully this one of my wrong predictions because I like that their relationship is not a secret to their brothers.
This webtoon is showing emotions by showing their backs. I do not know how they did it, but I also felt his frustrations while waiting for the good part.
