It's kind of a way to say "I don't agree with your opinion". For me, at least. It doesn't necessarily mean something bad. It's just the opposite of a thumbs up which means that you agree.

The chapters comes out at a 7 day interval. Using there is like a 4 weeks delay. Kinda sucks. Also now Foxtoon make you have an account to read the free chapter. (╯°Д °)╯╧╧
To make the account is not really hard if You know how, and it's free.
Also 7 days interval is not a long time if You compare it with for example Koisuru Boukun (2 f*cking months or sometimes more (╯°Д °)╯╧╧ )

If you want to read the locked chapters, you need to pay with "coins". Each chapter cost 3 coins, and you can pay it with credit cards, mobile payment, etc. There is also the option of using android to pay. You just need to download the Foxtoon google app. You can buy the coins on the app and it will be charged to the credit card that is linked with your google account.
The price is 3900 won for 21 coins. Which is around 185 won per coin. From what I know it is about 0.16 USD per coin.

Personally I am unsure about paying for the coins. It would be best if there is someone who is from Korea who can answer this. But from what I remember from friends, it is fairly simple. Getting the FOXTOON app and buy the coin there will be much easier.
Well, I am not sure if it is the truth. But the money you spend on the site is suppose to help the authors. They make their earning by posting on the site, usually it is because of the ads. But I remember something about the author of Black Haze moving to Foxtoon because they were not getting paid when they were with Naver.
