I feel like the artstyle downgraded so bad....Zigril used to have such a beautiful nose and a more manly frame, same with Kay. Now they both look like they have a douyin filter on. Also is it just me or did Zigrils aura get nerfed?? He used to feel almost insane and threatening, like you couldn't predict his next move. He feels very domesticated now sigh....

I understand but how i said i dont get how they just JUMP right into their stories, i just met the characters, ive known em for like 2-4 chapters and for some reason im supposed to care and listen to their tragic backstory all of a sudden? We have so much info with only 25 chapters, if the author REALLY wanted to explore the other classmates tragic backstories THEN GIVE THEM THE TIME THEY NEED. Instead they do it in 3 chapters and the rest is just useless sex. Not to mention they had such a good plotline with our mc having amnesia and discovering this group of ppl whos lives he ruined. Amazing plot but wasted.
except sex is actually integral thematically to this manhwa like clearly this story is heavily character study-based and psychological and sex is a medium through which the characters express not only desire and love but also power and agency. like i'm someone who skips sex scenes a lot in other manhwas so i get this critique for other manhwas but that's definitely not the case for this one?? like there is literally plot happening in this tehir/kimoto scene rn??? literally a turning point in their dynamics?
also this series is going to center each of the four characters - it's not like jin's plot has stalled we're just getting a different pov. idk man if the lack of a traditional linear plot is upsetting to you maybe this manhwa isn't for you..it's one thing for something to not be your taste but you can't say it's bad storytelling when it's clearly a creative artistic and narrative choice

This is just my opinion, i love non traditional story-tellings, i think everybody does since they can be such a nice breath of air after so many repeating ones. This just does not execute it well. This might just be a me issue but i cannot for the love of god be invested in any other characters, therefore i do not care what happened or happens to them. Its exhausting. Especially when the author keeps introducing new ones. The pacing is just....
How i said, the author gives just a couple of chapters to them exploring their past and calls it a day, and all of a sudden as a reader im supposed to be invested in them?Even after all that those supposedly "main characters" still feel like side ones. This is so much a good comment. I don't get why some people don't care about the other characters in the story. I know that we all have our favorites but I think the author has put a lot of effort in showing us some of the key points of all the characters backgrounds so we develop curiosity for all of them, since season 1.
And like you said, it's not like Jin faded into obscurity, it's just that we are learning about him and the others through Kimoto and Tehir eyes. It's like a puzzle and I love it.

it’s probably a graeco-roman god but the information on him varies with existing descriptions of greek gods. one thing i noticed is when he said he’s not met any god who preceded him/existed before him. how can that be if he’s a significant greek god? so he’s probably not part of the greek pantheon nor is he a child of the greek pantheon. and there’s no clarity on what his actual powers are. he’s indestructible and has super strength like a god but there’s nothing else that can confirm what god he is of (like if he was poseidon he’d be able to wield some control over the sea and maybe even the nile or if he was dionysus/bacchus he’d be able to get people hypnotised in a drunken stupor). we’ll just have to wait for the reveal.

i don’t think we’ll get any updates for a while. the author (Babsot) recently tweeted that they’re taking a one-month break because they’re depressed, overworked, and underpaid. They’ve been suffering from extreme anxiety because their work isn't doing well., (i bet it's cuz so many people are pirating it instead of buying it) so the author expressed of going broke again and that they've reached their limit.
Damn, I'm sorry to know this. I love the work so much, I'm going to go purchase them. I did a lot when I was in Asia but it is harder to do that here.
