Yh this is great and all that they care for her but ok the contrast nobody seems to care about Yvonne? No one seems even shocked or sad that she is actually a corpse I just find that a bit unnatural
Its actually not that strange since there was never an actual bond rebuilt with the fake one. In trying to protect Penelope's feelings, both Reynauld and the duke were very careful in their treatment of Yvonne, so it never reached the level beyond a prospective relative. Like a distant cousin you know you share blood with, but have not shared any experiences or emotional moments. Mentally they accepted her, but emotionally the bond takes a bit longer (think of adopted older children how it takes a while for them to open their hearts to new family members, or people who get returned to their family after a kidnapping and have to go to family therapy for a long time before they can be even close to as comfortable as they were before). Ironically Derrick was the only one fully willing to rebuild the bond with Yvonne since he actually wanted to get rid of any brotherly bond that tied him to Penelope (for reasons we all know). The entire family will probably mourn the original Yvonne once this is over though, since by then they will be mourning the little girl Yvonne they all already loved, not the new, mysterious Yvonne that had not managed to capture their hearts yet.
they've probably accepted her disappearance/death long ago except derrick (which is why he was easily hypnotized in the first place) and their main priority is protecting penelope and saving the others. but yeah, wished we got more reaction from the actualization their sister's dead body is bring used as a tool by a demonic being

So are we supposed to assume dallen found a way for her to conceive and she escaped the curse? Why not show the rest of it??
