years ago when i used myreadingmanga, i read a story about this twinky bum befriending a popular sex worker, i think she was trans? or just always in drag. but she died and he was so heartbroken that he starts dressing like her and takes over her job as a last ditch effort to get closer. made me sad, been looking for it for a long time.
no one answered so i found it. Abenobashi hai ro no Jinrui, it was part of an anthology → https://www.mangago.me/read-manga/erotoro_r18/
very specific ask but i just caught up to "I Have to be a Great Villain" and i want a story with a similar dynamic of someone whose been isekaied meeting someone whose been born again
