No. His sexsomnia only started when it has been revealed to him that his mom is pregnant. Since then, he didn’t want to have sex with Yahiro again because it felt wrong for him. But little did he know that he actually keeps on going to Yahiro and has been asking him for sex while he’s asleep.

From what i see... In the end it did not matter who noah married as long as the family have a good standing in political world of japanese conglomerate. Noah's dad developed an inferiority complex against his brother who is doing way better than him in spite not being the heir. Though that brother still needs a foreign connection to sate his japanese father in law. The uncle tried to connect with noah to use his family's name. In the end, hajime did all the work and unite Noah's family. By marrying hajime, noah's family will have that japanese political relationship, and because of Hajime's family gaining connection with noah's uncle, the uncle finally gain that foreign connection and made his in laws happy (?) It just went all circles.... The mangaka should have shown the part where hajime talked with noah's mom ╮(￣▽￣)╭

Very difficult to understand topic. That last scene if anything could be a byproduct of the therapy itself where a triggered situation such as miko bringing the subconscious reality behind kazuha and reis relationships to light, can lead to sex becoming more complicated. This is the first time it got to this extreme given that rei was the only one who had been having sex with Yuma. The sex was just a medium by which to show a dynamic at play. Being the partner of someone with mental illness is extremely difficult and though the switches may have seemed a bit excessive, it only shows how hard this is also for Yuma. To me, that scene was just stressful. The struggle between rei and kazuha over yuma is simply an eagerness to find solid ground through the exploration of love. Otherwise kazuha would not want to be the host. Its like two pieces of you yearning for the same thing.
My thoughts are that this sex scene was also a foreshadowing of someone sort. Both identities are struggling to be the host because in the end someone will become integrated.
Thank you! I also did not sense any fetishism I the scene. It really was just a phenomena that happened because as explained in the earlier pages, the two alters were vying for the host position. Also they were the two alters who were deeply involved with Yuuma. Call it rape or what, but the person has become more vulnerable as they go through therapy, and having stimulated by intense emotions, like sex or lust will definitely affect the system of the alters.
