Great that's good to know. I personally try to stay open minded about these things because I for one do not expect Japanese people to be fully aware of the nuances behind racial dynamics in the western world. That's just unfair in my opinion because to be honest, the west itself is still trying to figure it out for themselves. If there is something people don't understand we just need to open pathways of communication and comprehension.
Agreed but the manga is about a prison and there are other ethnicities too. There are avery few manga with black lead. And a good one just don't remember the name right now(▰˘◡˘▰)
