The ML grew on me like a barnacle lmao he's so stupid and naive and so frustratingly lovable and transparent. Never thought I'd feel this way to an ML (It's usually the MC) but here we are.
It's ironic and actually crazy that atp in time, he's the only person who sees Minchan as Minchan himself, and not as Seoho, a vessel of Seoho, or some Harbringer of Doom. EVEN Minchan is losing himself and starting to believe otherwise.

I'm really glad that the author expanded hard on Eunchan's ASPD. It is a disability and not every single one who has it will become a psychopath you see in media. They are genuinely struggling because they cannot understand and have a hard time empathizing with people. It's a whole spectrum as well, so some are worse than the others. The author either studied it extensively, personally knows someone who has it, or perhaps even have it themselves. It's a very good representation of ASPD.
I think the middle sister (the one with short hair) became a doc to help people like him as well, considering that both sisters did the right thing in handling a person with ASPD despite being teens at that time.
The one unique thing about this story is that the side characters are influenced by his cooking enough to willingly try it themselves. I've read all type of cooking/eating fantasy stories (Manga/manhwa/novels, you name it) and I'm actually amazed that this is the first time I've read something like this. Mostly characters that aren't the MC just eat the MC's cooking, go "WOW!", rinse and repeat.
I also like that while his cooking is good, it's not a "novelty", so to say. Monster meat are used as basic ingredients, etc so it's normal for people. While he does have more "high quality" ingredients, it's not earth shattering enough for the diners to swear their first born child just to have a taste lol.

Was that not included to give this a wider audience? Story is pretty cool and even highly rated in Novelupdates but had limited audience (read: male audience) because it's harem. Whatever the case, we will not know because it's been axed lol.

The slime is so understandable lol, I woulda hated his ass too. He's a great hero but a terrible husband and friend. I love me some selfishly selfish type of character but he just feels like a white lotus to me, or worse, someone who does damage to his loved ones due to his sheer naivety.

Fair take. As a writer myself, when I read fictions I usually distance myself which allows me to read (and create) some really disturbing shit without blinking an eye. I sometimes forget though that not everyone does that

Wow, I just realized that almost all the romance stories nowadays (straight, BL, GL, heck event he harem ones) are just a single person effort (mostly the partner of the MC doing the heavy lifting, rarely the MC) while this manhwa over here had two people having big fat crushes on each other and giving a lot of effort for the other. Just get married!!
