I have a feeling I'm not reading the same story, the little story still says he's grateful and always talk in good term of his brother but he has the RIGHT to live his own life.
You guys act as if he wasn't home anymore while all he does is spending a NORMAL highschool life especially while dating.
All he did was : speak fondly of his boyfriend, go on a date and see a movie with his lover instead of brother (shocker) and ditch a dinner... which he has every single day of the year with his brother.
