Manga rock is really the only app I've found that has a lot of different sources that includes yaoi (if that's what you're looking for) but you can always just sign on to the site from your phones browser!

As far as I know there is no app - all you need for this site is a browser (and of course an email address to sign on and use their many new functions)

ε=ε=(ノ≧∇≦)ノ There is actually an app with mangago as source! I'm using it and it's free, no paid slots whatsoever…

However, it's still pretty new so they're still adjusting stuff I guess, but really it's good for a free app.

It's called Manga Bird, but I don't know if it's available for windows phone yet. Go google it! Hope it helps.♪
