First of all: Happy reading for those who do not care for a better base plot than "i randomly wanna help you all of a sudden, but you gotta let me fuck you". I honestly cannot stand this kinda weird, random porn logic in plots. XD
I TRIED reading this but honestly this just isn't appealing in any way. Even the art is just on an okay level for my standards.
But all in all it's the story itself that I have an issue with, not the art.
The story tries to go for seriousness with a workplace shennanigans plot, then throws in the most ridiculous porn plot to justify getting the characters into a relationship (literally at random btw), neither character is appealing or interesting and there is literally nothing within the introduction chapters that actually makes me want to keep reading.
For me this failed on every front except the grammar or fluent storytelling (little that there is). Which is not enough to keep me here.
Tiven the plot is literally just a basic porn plot with wannabe seriousness thrown in to bait you, I really see zero appeal for me here. It could be a nice page flipper for horny moments if people are looking for that, but this is very empty and dry in every way for me. Sadly.
This likely depends on personal taste and standards for writing/story setups, so I suppose the usual applies; give it a shot, but I warned you.
ohmygod bro my thoughts exactly!! I thought I was crazy for dropping this the way ppl kept saying the plot was fire like it's objectively so mediocre that the only thing really carrying the story along is the art. sure it's relatively better written than other stories of the same genre but being well structured doesn't excuse the lack of substance and just feels lackluster in its execution
And here I thought I would only earn pitchforks and torches as replies. Good to know I'm not alone with this! :'D
Tastes (and standards) differ so greatly with smut-genre comics, it can sometimes feel like I'm on a drug-induced trip. I had to recheck if I was about to comment under the right comic entry quite often because reviews simply sounded like people were talking about something entirely diffferent. XD
All in all tho: Not everybody cares for good storytelling or a plot that's more than an amateur porn plotline (in terms of randomness, sense, realism, etc.). Especially with smut-tagged works. That's something I keep noticing these days.
honestly comment lurkers (see; that Jynx stan that replies essays to any critical comments lmaoo) make it so that sometimes not even worth posting opinions. But a lack of critique/examination can lead to more people consuming these mid stories and increasing demand in even more mid content so much potential wasted on dogshit plots with decent art like Stigma and Jynx
Regarding the last chapter (5), I think the author could have spend half a page more to make the angry feelings build up before the outburst of our impressive yakuza boy and a but more romance feelings settling in or giving in to the confession of Kiyotaka. Those emotional aspects fell a little short there. If they actually had put more emphasis on those two parts, this would have been close to perfect. <3
It's still a lovely, simple and short n sweet story. I really hope this author graces us with LOTS of impressive stories in the future. There was a moment I got some old school Norikazu Akira vibes in terms of storytelling, tho Akira certainly had more focus on typical flowery romances, comedy and threw in more sex. Still reminded me of that author's type of stories here and there and using a more mature-targeted artstyle. Which I love~.
Either way, this is definitely worth a quick read if you're not looking for some fantastical stories or tons of mindless fucking but rather enjoy a quick, realistically toned and more mature story. :)

Goddamn I didn't think the stalker part developed because of a cliche misunderstanding basically. That was indeed well done! Tho now I feel conflicted because he's not per se a stalker due to this. I like the stalker stories! XD
I really think I have found my new favourite author to be placed in my top 3. I hope this person creates lots of stories in the future!

And that sure as shit is not gonna sit well with me on many levels if that is literally ALL that is happening to 'get rid of the trauma'.
Please someone (who read the novel or has checked the original source, not just flip pages through unreadable korean arcane symbols) tell me that there will be ACTUAL work put into the trauma tackling aspect or that it isn't trauma at all and just some cliche cursed behavior shennanigans.

Okay, yeah, but no.
The baseplot of marrying a noble to an un-alived lady was VERY nice, but this quickly got ruined by literally everything else such as: The male lead has literally zero pleasant qualities about him. The female lead is just not pleasant either and the way too long dragging of the family circumstances from both of them were not well done either since the certain level of hook-factor was just missing in every way.
The art cannot carry this either, it's mid at best. So I really see no reason to read more of this. I do not care for the politics, not for the ML or the FL or even just the art.
Even the names are forgettable, boring and overused. How many Calix'es have we had in these stories so far? Can people PLEASE be more creative with names. Hell, even calling him Steve would be more original at this point. WTF. XD
This might be nicer for younger, preferably constant-horny readers with less of a focus on good storytelling, high tier art and interesting characters tho. So the smut can probably carry it for some unexperienced readers.
For advanced readers; there's nothing of worth here except the new idea of marrying an unwanted noble to a non-alive person. THAT was the only interesting aspect here. And I hope this plotbase gets used by a better author and gets turned into a comic with (hopefully good art) and effort put into character personalities and likability. Among many other things.
It's not a good story in any way except the bare base, so I would not ever recommend this. Maybe the smut is good to get your rocks off, but I will NOT bother waiting for those chapters to show up. This is a chore to read.
