I just finished reading summer season and there was a character who looked alot like bottom from here come to find out it's the same! Ahh it hurts even more that he's place in this predicament and that it's just shit after shit. i think what is frustrating at least to me is that he never fully realized or apologized for how much he hurt her (in part bc she glossed over it in order to enact this whole revenge scheme) whereas she is going to be confronted w the brunt of how much she hurt him if that makes sense so the degree of accountability thus far feels unequal (but maybe that will change when he realizes she was more hurt than he realized!)

There was that one bit at the airport but I dont think she ever told him directly that she felt used, lead on, manipulated or anything of the sort to him. All I remember was her thinking that they were basically dating when hes the flirting type in general xd

Ye dont get me wrong the way hes positioning himself is definitely in the wrong but I also can see it.
If all hes doing is stopping her from leaving so she answers his questions (thats all), I can understand. Because she keeps trying to run away every 2 seconds and hes starting to puzzle everything together so he wanted clarity.
When he saw how she deleted his number and was trying to run away, I think he just wanted to confront her as his last chance so he kinda panicked and only thing he could think of was to kinda trap her.
