I’m ngl I’m kinda ready for this arc to be wrapped up I’ve been confused since the Jin guy died can someone explain to me like I’m five what’s going on with the sect dynamics cause ik pyo will is tryna figure out how his “friend” died but all this political stuff I’m high key lost abt.
I think the problem was that the Jin family settlement (aka their home base) is in a prime location for others to try to gain control of the territory. Something, something about the land being strategically interesting like Erebor was in The Hobbit. So the ones interested in throwing out the Jins did so by assassinating the heir (MC's friend) and creating strife among their allies, so when the time comes to fight and drive them out, they won't have anyone coming to help them. Pyo Wol's presence was unaccounted for in the initial plans, but now they want to use him as a scapegoat while the true enemies try to diminish the Jin's military forces and influence.

I just finished reading my in-laws are obsessed with me and wanted to find something to scratch that same itch came across this and is has a 9.6 rating which is pretty good for manga go terms so I just wanted to know if it was good. I’m hearing a lot of complaints abt the ml which is worrying considering these seems to lean more dramatically romance rather then action…
If u have any other recs like my in-laws are obsessed with me or like beware of the villainess (my two favs rn) that would be much appreciated!!

Same reaction with that rating.. it was pretty high, so I'm expecting a good story but the comment section says other wise. I wonder if this is on par with Death is the only ending for the Villainess which has 9.7 rating or Kill the Villainess which is by far the most realistic and best villain story I've read so far.
Anyway, if you havent read Death is the only ending for the Villainess it's peak, every chapter you'll just end up wanting more.
