ok so i do obviously take back what i previously said about this not being an omegaverse mamhwa, it very clearly is after all lol. even i'm wrong sometimes... either way, i'm intrigued! i was already expecting an amazing story because of the author but this has been a very unusual ride so far!
for anyone interested in these kind of stories or twists on the abo universe, i recommend you play sweet pool! it's a nitropluschiral vn that also represents omegaverse in an atypical way (the reason probably being the fact that it predates the "official" birth of the genre), while also being dark and (cw) edgier.
this is all i have to say for probably a long time since this manhwa is clearly best enjoyed when you read it from start to finish.

since the first chapters it has been very obvious that the ml has given birth. this is most likely the result of some kind of experiment of the cult, explaining the reason why pharmacists would have any connection with this events + it would also explain all the imagery and syringes we saw when the cult was first mentioned. when it comes to male pregnancy there are lots of other ways to go about it other than just omegaverse... it just doesn't seem very likely, we don't need to limit the idea of mpreg being automatically linked with abo.
